What you do with us

  • Processing and answering by phone and via our ticket system
  • Supporting problem analysis and finding solutions for technical and application-specific questions
  • Forwarding complex inquiries to the relevant teams (e.g. development, project management)
  • Supporting and contributing to our project management team
  • Maintaining the support documentation
  • Occasional support in the implementation of training courses for customers

Who we are looking for

  • Continuing studies in economics, business informatics, business administration or a comparable course of study
  • Enjoy dealing with people and the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable way
  • Good problem-solving skills and a structured, independent way of working
  • High service orientation as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
