What is deep?

With the digital event and exhibition platform deep, events with a limited or unlimited number of participants can be planned and successfully implemented as digital events. The platform supports virtual events with a calendar function and tools for creating agendas, embedding video and live streams and the option of providing information materials in the media library.

Does DGS provide its own stream?

DGS is sure to know the right streaming service provider for your purposes thanks to the large number of events it has already organized - we will be happy to advise you! However, we do not provide streaming services ourselves, but merely process the incoming streaming signal on deep.

How do guests gain access to my online event?

Guests can register via our participant management tool that can be integrated into the deep platform. After registering, they have access to all event content such as live streams, personalized agendas and the social wall. An integrated helpdesk provides support for technical questions.

What interactions are possible during the online event?

During the online event on the deep platform, guests can communicate with each other via the public chat in the livestream and via 1:1 chats (if activated accordingly). In addition, interactive functions such as live voting and Q&A are available to support the exchange between participants and organizers. Matchmaking connects guests with similar interests, facilitating targeted networking.
