Working student in customer support (m/f/d)

Part-time, permanent position, unlimited
Become part of our team and support us in customer support! We are now looking for a detail-oriented organizational talent who can take care of all our customers' needs independently.

What you do with us
Processing and answering by phone and via our ticket system
Supporting problem analysis and finding solutions for technical and application-specific questions
Forwarding complex inquiries to the relevant teams (e.g. development, project management)
Supporting and contributing to our project management team
Maintaining the support documentation
Occasional support in the implementation of training courses for customers

Who we are looking for
Continuing studies in economics, business informatics, business administration or a comparable course of study
Enjoy dealing with people and the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable way
Good problem-solving skills and a structured, independent way of working
High service orientation as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
Solution-oriented approach
Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
